The Morning Practice
A dedicated morning practice throughout the month of August centering meditation, pranayama, slow, long-held asana and mudra. A grounding way to start your day and week ahead rooted in centeredness and calm. Having a daily, devotional practice acts as an anchor, that keeps you closely connected with yourself, cultivating lasting inner peace and self-mastery.
“…Turn all things to honey; this is the law of divine living"“
Dominica Retreat 2026
Unwind on a 7 night retreat in the East of the Caribbean. Immerse yourself in nature through daily healing practices and excursions. Waitukubuli is the indigenous name of the island meaning ‘tall is her body’ — vast is her body. Our time here will be spent connecting with this vastness. Reintroducing another way of living through deep presence and devotion.
The Heart as a Portal
Together we will gather online through a silent meditation of the heart. This gathering offers time in presence and stillness to illuminate and unveil the mysteries of the heart. Through the seed of silence, we will travel deep within ourselves, journeying from the mind into the inner chamber of the heart until we are completely immersed and absorbed by Love.
“When the lips are silent the heart has a thousand tongues.”
Point of Illumination
This online gathering unfolds at a point of illumination in time, three days after the Lunar New Year — when our intentions for the year ahead are beginning to ripen and mature as we welcome the Year of the Fire Horse.
“To be illuminated is to remain empty, while being constantly flooded with the rainbow colours of the inner aurora — it is to be an easel for the imagination of the universe itself.”
Deep Listening
Recurring every Thursday evening, a space to be seen and heard, and to be truly met. If there is one thing I know that works, it’s silence — the type of silence that is filled with presence and deep devotion. Within this space, there is nothing you need to say nor do. Nothing is required of you, other than your full presence.
“…The heart speaks without tongue or lips.”
