Whether you prefer to receive hands-on-healing alone or to combine your experience with sound healing, every session is a prayer and ritual for your body. When you arrive, we’ll sit and have some tea or water, whilst you unwind, honouring any intentions that you want to bring forward for the session. The treatment itself consists of guided meditation, hands-on and hands-off reiki healing, where I will place my hands on various areas of your body, and hover over other areas of your body, from your head all the way down to your feet. You will be fully clothed, so be sure to wear comfortable clothing — blankets, eye pillows, cushions and bolsters are always provided for ultimate comfort. You will be laying down throughout the treatment however if you prefer a chair to sit on for the duration of the session, please let me know upon booking. The session will close with an oracle card reading and ways to integrate your experience into the remainder of your day and beyond.
