The Morning Practice


A dedicated morning practice throughout the month of August centering meditation, pranayama, slow, long-held asana and mudra. A grounding way to start your day and week ahead rooted in centeredness and calm. Having a daily, devotional practice acts as an anchor, that keeps you closely connected with yourself, cultivating lasting inner peace and self-mastery.

The true majesty of this 4-week ritual lies in its simplicity. As the days go by, you will begin to witness the unfolding of deep profundity and the potential blossoming effects it can have in your life.

The Logistics:

~We will meet online at 6:00 AM~6:45 AM every Monday morning from the 10th August until the 31st August (all dates listed below).

~The intention is that you will repeat the same practice individually each day throughout the week until our next live session.

We will gather live on the following mornings:

Through the practice of meditation we are given access to the secrets of love, and can help to bring these secrets into the world.

What you will need:
- A quiet and comfortable space.

-A yoga mat [or equivalent].

-A cushion to sit on.

-Paper and pen.

FAQ:

~If you are unable to join live, the recordings will be available for you to watch at your convenience.
~Your camera isn’t expected to be on however it would be a delight to see you.
~The Zoom link will be sent to you via email the day before practice. Please check your junk mail.
~There will be an optional WhatsApp group-chat to keep us connected.
