Past Event: Tea and Reiki Ceremony
Here we gather with our voices, in truth and authentic expression of the soul and the body.
This is a place for connection and intimacy, love and joy.
During the afternoon, you will be guided through ritual, meditation, grounding, reiki and very gentle movement. A heart opening tea made with red rose petals and white rose buds will be served for us to share. Roses are a soft yet potent medicine for the heart and reproductive organs. It is from these two vital centres of the body where we learn to open, to give and to receive. Where the breath flows through and where we dwell with god.

The energy exchange is based on a sliding scale between £25-£35.
Location: Renaissance Yoga, Mantle Road, SE4 3EW
The studio is a 5 minute walk from Brockley train station. Please arrive 15 minutes beforehand to arrive and settle into the space and kindly not before then as I will be preparing the space. Please come as you are; mats and blankets are provided however you are welcome to bring any additional comfy props including eye pillows and warm socks.
