Ceremonial Womb Massage

The ceremony is a total of 4 hours, held in a cosy space where we will share a cup of Cacao or a hot brew for the heart and womb. An altar will be prepared for you. Womb Brew

Known as the medicine of the Gods, Cacao is a precious ally in the re connection of pure heart energy. Cacao enables us to listen deep within to the deepest callings of the heart. A true heart opener, eliciting feelings of pleasure and transportation to a heart-warming energetic state.

On occasion, herbs may be used to create a brew to facilitate the heart-womb connection or for the purpose of creating more ease and flow within the womb centre.

Psychospiritual Points

Womb massage focuses on the psychospiritual points of the body including the conception vessel also known as the maternal line which houses our maternal ancestors all the way to the first Mother and our connection to them. The navel contains the direct connection with our birth mother. The UB42 acupressure point is lovingly held to release feelings of grief and calls to the soul of the unborn child. Massaging the GB40 releases feelings of ‘holding onto and not letting go of’. The Psoas muscle is cradled to release the fears that belong to the mother that are not yours. Ultimately restoring the body to a harmonic vessel.

Breast Massage

To enter the womb, one must first enter the heart. Massaging the heart and breasts relaxes and opens the chambers of the heart. Our breasts are known as the limbs of enlightenment and are referred to the bells of love in Taoism. Breast massage stimulates the lymphatic system and improves the flow of milk. Our nipples are an integral part of our endocrine system and massaging them harmonises our hormones and stimulates healthy lubrication in our vaginal canal.

Rebozo

Used in closing the bones ceremonies, rebozo are used in ceremonial womb massage to facilitate the restoration of the soul.

Rhythmic and pulsing techniques are used with traditional Mexican Rebozo shawls. [Mexico means “place of the moons navel.”]

Known as the Tai Chi of massage, rhythmically pulsing and rocking the body releases emotional tension, armour and stored trauma, restoring feelings of safety and support. The rebozo are then used to wrap the womb, feet and head to keep the newfound energy within the body.
